Payment App & Website
Payora is a modern fintech app & website designed to help small businesses access early payments, manage invoices, and streamline cash flow. However, the app was facing usability challenges that impacted clarity, user engagement, and overall satisfaction. Our goal was to design Payora’s UX/UI, creating a seamless, intuitive, and trustworthy experience that simplifies financial management while increasing user retention and confidence in the platform.

Challenge
Payora’s interface felt visually dense and content-heavy, making it difficult for users to quickly understand key features such as early pay, reserve accounts, and pricing plans. Important information was competing for attention, which reduced clarity and slowed decision-making.
Results
The redesigned Payora app now features a clean, well-structured interface that makes it easier for users to navigate and quickly access key features like early pay and reserve accounts.

Process
Research & Analysis: We conducted user interviews, surveys, and analyzed in-app analytics to understand the pain points and user needs. We also studied competitor apps and industry trends to gather insights
Information Architecture: Based on the research findings, we restructured the app's navigation and content, prioritizing features and information according to user needs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: We designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the new layout and navigation, iteratively refining them based on user feedback. Afterward, we built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the design.
Usability Testing: We conducted usability tests with a diverse group of users to validate the design and identify areas for improvement. Based on the feedback, we made necessary adjustments to the design.
Visual Design & Style Guide: We created a cohesive visual system with defined colors, typography, and icons to ensure consistency across the app. A style guide was also developed to maintain alignment and scalability in future updates.
